During the 2024 session, the legislature passed 101 bills that would affect TABOR refunds. Should these bills become law, over $2.8 billion of the $6 billion projected TABOR refund through 2026 will vanish—$523 million in FY24, $1.06 billion in FY25, and $1.25 billion in FY26.
